Today I did 4 hours of intense gym workout (Weight training and Cardio). The idea is to see if I can do it. Was it easy? of course not, if it is I wouldn’t be writing this FB post. I like to challenge myself and stretch the limits. We humans are a powerful species and that is how we have been surviving on this planet for millions of years. The main reason for me to write this is to encourage people who are debating if 30 mins or one hour of workout is good enough. With that mindset you are probably only burning one tea spoon of sugar that you put in your tea/coffee...
After 15 years of intense research (reading, practicing, analyzing, checking and reapplying paid dividends) I have finally reversed my diabetes and the muscle problems that came with it.
